The Firm also offers property due diligence and advisory services on issues such as applications to authorities for approvals for subleasing, subdivision, change of use and easements etc.

To facilitate Andreas P. Siapanis & Associates LLC’s foreign clients, a separate Property Management department has been created to provide clients with that elusive “Peace of Mind” when owning property in a foreign country. Furthermore, through the engagement of a property management service, the potential return on a property is largely augmented due to correct management. With an integrated support system of partners and trained technicians, some of the services that are provided include:

  • Routine security checks of the property (doors & windows protected, detecting any abnormalities in the water and electrical meter readings)
  • Property Maintenance (such as garden and pool maintenance)
  • Managing rental tenants (advertising, background checks, collecting monthly rents, repair and maintenance work etc.).
